A well stocked knitting bag
Pursuant to yesterday's post, where I dumped my life out onto a table, I thought I would share with you what I think is needed in my knitting bag. Not that all these lovely things are in my knitting bag(s), I just think they make knitting much more pleasurable.
iPad - here's the link I really, really, really need an iPad. But I make do with Nettie McNetBook. See her pretty new flowers?
Hand cream, cell phone - to phone a friend in case of a knitting emergency like a great sale, money (for the sale), Highlighters, Sheet protectors, Dental Floss (great for lifelines and thread/yarn cutting), Cable needles, curved tip needles...the list does go on.
And a suitcase to carry it all in! Basically all I carry, when I do remember to carry notions is this:
Needle gauge
Stitch Gauge
Scissors
Handi Tool
Tape Measure
Point Protectors
Addi's - lots and lots of Addi's
How to knitting guide
iPad - here's the link I really, really, really need an iPad. But I make do with Nettie McNetBook. See her pretty new flowers?
Notebook and pencil
Stitch Markers
Safety pins and stitch holders
Current knitting magazines

Which holds all this....
It's like a teeny tiny tool kit. Holds needles, money, stitch markers, needle grips, stitch holders, point protectors, cable needle. If it were only a little bit bigger it could hold the handi tool and dental floss.
And this is everything I would like to carry with me. Can you imagine how heavy my backpack would be with all this in it too?
