My New Favourite Thing

I bought a Tea Master on Sunday when I was in Toronto and I have been enjoying loose tea ever since. This little gem makes getting rid of the tea leaves easy, one doesn't need a strainer as a strainer is built in, and it is so easy to use.
You boil the water, let it get to the correct temperature for the tea you are brewing, pour the water into the Tea Master, let it brew for 3 - 4 minutes (for Oolong tea) pop it on top of your cup, push the little button to the left. And, there you have it - perfect tea.

The tea I'm brewing here is Tie Kuan Yin  - see the whole leaves just floating around? Mr Knits says the tea smells like fresh hay. I can't figure out just what it smells like - it reminds me of something, but I can't recall. I just know I love it. And, if the photo is displaying sideways, blame Blogger.com.  (finally fixed it...found out if I put hard returns before inserting a photo, it doesn`t mess up.) I tried and tried to get it to display properly and I have given up. I have tea to sip.
