Crocheting for Knitters
This coming Wednesday I'd like to demonstrate just how easily crocheting can be learned. So, if you have wanted to learn how to do some basic crochet, come join us from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. Bring a 4.5mm or 5mm crochet hook if you have one and some light (preferable off white or cream) worsted weight yarn. The only cost is $2 for the coffee/tea fund.
Trust me, I'll have you crocheting in less than 30 minutes. By the end of the afternoon, you should be able to single crochet, double crochet and chain which is all you need to know how to make all those pretty edgings like the one on the pattern below.
Who knows, I may even get you "hooked" on crochet.
