Excellent storage idea
The other day an order arrived that I had forgotten about. These little babies were on backorder for some time (I had ordered them before Christmas), and with all the excitement of the past few months, I was quite puzzled when the little box arrived containing 8 of these. Originally, when I ordered them, I thought they would make great stocking stuffers for knitters - they're only $4 each. Christmas has passed, but, they would make a great addition to almost anyone's knitting bag.
I know they look like a coupon holder - because that's what the manufacturer called them. What the manufacturer didn't know is that these coupon holders make excellent and very inexpensive circular needle holders/organizers.
You can put up to 13 sets in the holders, and label them with the colour coordinated labels shown at the bottom of the photo. I put 6 sets of needles in for the photo shown above.
The above photo shows the loaded holder on the left, the back view at the top and the closed view at the right. You get two labels of each colour to insert inside the tabs. And they're tiny too! Only 5" by 7" by 1" thick! You could also tuck a measuring tape, a crochet hook (if you haven't already lost it!) and a couple of yarn darners inside one of the pockets. They'd fit inside even the smallest of knitting bags - my wallet's bigger.
I think these will sell out quite quickly. If you would like me to put one aside for you, let me know.
