The weather prognosticators have stated that there will likely be no precipitation today. None. I have it direct from the weather network's website. A screenshot just for reference:
However, these photos were taken just a few minutes before I took the screen shot. Click on it to embiggen to read the forecast better.

If that's not precipitation, then what the heck is it? The "snow that isn't precipitation" has stopped now, and the sun is shining. Just like the forecast shows.
Perhaps I should let the Weather Network know. Perhaps I will, right after I shovel out the yarn shop entrance.
