They're here...

But not put together yet. The Louet Spinning wheels and skein holders, which were scheduled to be deleivered on Friday, arrived here on Monday. But, we're closed Monday, so yesterday was the big day.

I started to put the skein holder in the upper right section of the photo together yesterday, and then the shop got busy, so I put it off until today. I'm a little concerned about putting the wheels together, but they will be ready for Friday night's class.

I actually made some "yarn" on my wheel on Saturday afternoon. It's really a tangled mess though. Getting the rhythm of the wheel is what I need to master first. Or maybe I'll just order me a new wheel while the 35th anniversary special is still on - it ends on Saturday - and get myself a Julia or Victoria.

Victoria is a collapsible wheel that comes with it's own travel bag.

Hmmm, which one to choose. I am leaning towards Victoria and I do have 2 more days to decide. I'm looking for input from anyone who spins too.
