The Knits Kitten Emporium
Good news! The little kitten formerly known as Katy Kat, Diesel, Purrcy and Purrcilla has found a new home just up the highway from us. While Mr Knits and I toyed with the idea of keeping yet one more feline, Linda came into the store yesterday, and I asked her if she knew anyone who might be looking for a kitten - and she was! Her two beloved 18 year old cats had recently passed away and she was missing the spark that only a cat can bring into a home.
Last night she and her husband came and took the little one home. While, Mr Knits and I are happy she went (and yes, she is a she!) to a wonderful home, we miss the kitten so much! Ella, being the wonderful cat she is, adopted the kitten as her own, and is also missing her as well.
But, we are so happy in knowing that the kitten has found such a good home.
That being said, Mr Knits and I are permanently closing the Kitten Emporium! It's just too hard on us to give the little ones our love and then give them away. At least, we're closing until the next wee stray ends up at our door!
