It has been a while, hasn't it?

There's been so much going on this past week, I have neglected the blog. The really good news is my shipment from Notions Marketing arrived yesterday in Watertown, NY, and by 11:00 am it was in the trunk of my car.
In it were the cutest mugs

and these things I have been trying to source at a reasonable price for over a year!

Yes, they are SLIPPER SOLES. And yes, I am shouting cos I'm so excited! These  soles retail for $13.99 - which is less than my cost from any of my other suppliers. So it is cause for celebration. I have 3 pair each in small, medium and large. And no, there are not free - there's a free pattern inside. A little misleading don't you think?

The handi tools arrived too. They are definitely not photogenic. The photos I took made the tools look like coloured tooth picks. Eucalan is now back on the shelves too, in grapefruit, lavender and unscented.

Last week at knitting, Lynda's mom sent a wish list of sock yarn which spurred me into dyeing action. Friday and Saturday the shop was quite aromatic with the sharp scent of vinegar wafting through the air. But look at the prettiness

All the pics should keep your computers busy uploading for a while...sorry about that.
I was trying to get really good colour reproduction, and was not too pleased with the results - I took over 120 shots and only these were just okay, not good nor great. The yarn base is 100% superwash merino, and it's such a delight to knit.

This has been a fly by blogging - I'll do my best to get a proper post done tonight.
