Should I or shouldn't I?
I have been wondering for about a week if I should write this post. I struggled, thinking I might offend some readers. That is truly not my intention, so if I do offend you, I really really apologize from the bottom of my heart. But this is just too funny to not share.
On Monday, I was texting my niece (who will probably kill me for posting this!), and we were talking about school and how much she dislikes the Careers class. I told her I hated Sex Ed when I was in school. We never talked about sex (which is what we wanted to talk about), only boring disgusting things like cancer and syphilis and how to communicate with my spouse. That was helpful as I was only 14 -15 and not married. And we watched the cheesiest educational films about girlie things that all the boys in the class snickered at, embarassing the girls.
My niece told me her Sex Ed class was fun - they made a candy vagina in one class. Actually a whole female reproductive system from about 10 different types of candy. I texted back to her " A candy vagina?" But my iphone changed it to "A Candy Cabinda?" Liv typed back "What?"
I thought I must have misspelled vagina, so I retyped it, pressed send, and of course, Autocorrect changed it to Cabinda again. Once again, Liv texted back"What?" I had to put a space between each letter of the word so I could tell her what I was trying to say.
We each had a virtual giggle, and went on to talking about other things. But, what I really want to know is.....
What the heck is a Cabinda?
To add some actual knitting content, did you know there is a pattern for a knitted Cabinda on Ravelry? Oops, autocorrect is at it again!
